This department is composed by professionals specialised in the study and treatment of those pathologies that affect the orbit, the lacrimal system and the eyelids. Inflammatory as well as traumatic, tumour related, vascular or degenerative disorders may affect these structures.
Operation of the periocular region can also be performed for aesthetic purposes. To repair the obstruction of the lacrimal conduct new endoscopic surgical techniques are used, as well as other types of surgeries.
